德育评估体系是整个高校德育系统建构的有机组成部分,其作用与功能的有效发挥能够为高校德育工作的形势、状态判断和发展决策等提供有力的支持依据,从而确保高校德育朝着正确的方向发展。而高校德育评估体系的构建与优化,则是有效发挥德育评估作用的关键。要实现这一目标,一是要建立和完善高校德育评估指标体系;二是要优化评估过程,提高德育评估工作的效率和质量;三是优化评估队伍,畅通信息渠道,建立有效的德育评估机制。

Evaluation System is one of the construction of moral education in universities.It can affect the trendency of the work in moral education in universities and the judgement of its state efficiently.It can also offer forceful support to the decision of the moral education development.And then lead the moral education in universities to a right direction.Evaluation system and Its ways for moral education in universities is the key to develop the function of evaluation of moral education.To achieve this goal,first,we should construct and perfect the target of the moral education evaluation.Second,we should perfect the procedure of the evaluation,enhance the efficiency and the quality of the moral education evaluation.Last,we should perfect the battalion of evaluation,acquire information timely,and build a valid mechanismof moral education evaluation.
