摘要
体育强国是党和政府对后奥运时期的体育发展所提出的全新要求。在回顾了体育强国提出的历史历程后,分析了体育强国提出的社会、时代、体育背景;辨析了体育强国的概念;认为把握体育强国内涵既需以胡锦涛主席的9.29讲话为重要解读文本,还应切合当前时代发展的主体旋律,来探究文本未名而又实际蕴含的潜在含义;最后对体育强国评价的质性标准进行了讨论。
