山西省普通高校田径队教练员队伍现状调查及结果分析

Survey and Analysis for Shanxi Track and Field Team Coaches

运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对山西省8所高校田径队教练员队伍的现状调查与分析,结果表明:当前山西省8所高校田径队教练员队伍,在专业理论知识、自身的专业技术水平、比赛的实践经验、培训管理工作等方面均存在诸多问题。针对这些问题进行分析并提出相应的建议与对策,对优化教练员队伍,提高训练科学水平有重要的实践意义。

This paper use methods ofsurveys and statistics,to survey and analysis eight Track and Field Teams of Shanxi Province Coaches,the results showed that： the current Shanxi 8 Track and Field Team Coaches,professional theoretical knowledge,their professional and technical level,the game experience,training,management and so there are many problems.This paper analyzes these issues and make appropriate recommendations and measures on Coach team,is has important practical significance for raising the level of training in science.
