目的提高口岸出入境人员传染病的检出率,有效防止疫情传入。方法通过对工作实践中红外测温仪的测温原理和影响因素进行总结、分析、评估,提出解决对策。结果设备因素、环境因素、人体因素、操作因素对红外测温仪检测体温的准确性有较大影响。结论正确选择和应用红外监测仪保证口岸出入境人员体温监测有效性的关键。

Objective To improve detection rate of infectious disease among entry-exit personnel and efficiently pre-vent the spread of infectious disease.Methods In consideration of the principles and influencing factors of in-frared thermometer in practice,conclusions,analysis,assessment are carried out to put forward countermeasures.Results The accuracy of temperature monitoring is mainly influenced by the following factors such as environmen-tal,operational,individual differences.Conclusion Correct selection and application of infrared thermometer are key points of maintaining the accuracy of temperature monitoring among entry-exit personnel.
