摘要
目的了解暗娼人群艾滋病高危行为特征和性病艾滋病感染率,为开展有针对性的行为干预和宣教工作提供依据。方法对暗娼人群在知情同意后进行面对面的问卷调查和采样检测,所有资料经Epidata3.02进行双录入,用spss13.0进行统计分析。结果共调查了186名暗娼,平均年龄为29.9岁,从事商业性行为的起始年龄最小的为13岁。最近一次与客人发生性关系时使用安全套者占78%,没有使用安全套的最主要原因为客人不愿使用(55%)。在调查的186名暗娼中有13人(7%)为梅毒抗体阳性,HIV抗体均为阴性。结论虽然暗娼人群对艾滋病防治知识有一定认识,安全套使用率较高,但对暗娼人群持续开展艾滋病防治综合干预仍然是阻断HIV向一般人群传播的关键。采取多种形式推广使用安全套、倡导安全性行为是控制艾滋病流行和蔓延的重要措施。
Objective To provide references for well-directed behavior intervention and propaganda by studying high risk AIDS-related behavior characteristics and AIDS infection rate.Methods Face-to-face questionnaire and samples were taken after approval and all the data were entered with Epidata3.02 software and analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software.Results Average age of the 186 investigated female sex workers is 29.9 and the youngest age is 13.78% used condom with their clients in the latest sexual behavior,clients＇ refusal was the main reason for not using condoms（55%）.Among the 186 FSWs,13（7%） were syphilis positive,and all were HIV negative.Conclusion Despite the fact that FSWs have some AIDS knowledge and a high condom-using rate,comprehensive AIDS prevention and control interventions remain the key point of blocking HIV spread among ordinary people.The diversified promotion of con-doms use and safe sex behavior are the major measures for controlling AIDS prevalence and spread.
