摘要
人岗匹配测评研究对于个体和企业绩效具有十分重要的影响。文章将智能信息处理技术应用于企业内部人岗匹配测评问题的研究,对影响人岗匹配的各种因素进行了分析,探讨了基于BP神经网络的人岗匹配测评模型的构建及应用;并介绍了基于Web的人岗匹配测评系统的分析及设计,重点介绍了嵌入MATLAB的混合编程技术,测评系统的实现增强了人岗匹配管理的智能化和信息化。
The research about the evaluation of person-job fit is important to the individual and the performance of enterpri- ses. The intelligent information processing technology is applied to the research model about the evaluation of person-job fit. A quantitative analysis is carried out on various impacting of person-job fit evaluation, and BP neural networks is ap- plied to establishing an evaluation model of person-job fit. A Web-based evaluation system is also designed and implemented, which imbeds MATLAB. The implementation of evaluation system improves the intelligence and information level of person-job fit management.
