摘要 TRIZ(俄文теориирешенияизобретательскихзадач的英文音译缩写)是由前苏联发展起来的一种解决发明创造问题的理论,已经成功地应用于诸多领域,但尚未被生物医学工程(biomedical engineering,BME)领域广大科研人员所普遍认识和接受。TRIZ是否对BME的发展有促进作用?BME的哪类问题可以借助TRIZ解决?TRIZ的哪些部分可以用来解决BME问题?这些问题都需要实例来证实。文章简述了TRIZ理论的基本概念和内容,提出了TRIZ原创发明、再创发明和"再创发明"三个概念,并制定了判定TRIZ原创发明的三个标准。依照该标准,从BHE领域中选择出三个案例加以研究。通过案例研究,揭示出TRIZ理论解决BME领域问题的高效和实用。 TRIZ, the acronym of inventive problem solving theory in Russian, has not been well known or accepted by the researchers and engineers in the field of biomedical engineering(BME) , though it has been successfully used in other in- dustrial fields. In what scales can TRIZ promote BME invention? What BME problems can TRIZ solve? Which parts of TRIZ really work in BME? To answer these questions, case study is necessary. In this paper, a brief introduction to the basic concepts and principles of TRIZ was made , and then the three concepts of original invention, reinvention and "reinvention", and the original invention criteria were constructed and depicted. Under the instructions of the criteria three selected BME inventions were inspected. Case study shows the effectiveness and efficiency of TRIZ in solving inventive problems of BME.
