摘要
从认知隐喻和转换生成语法两个角度对多义词的派生意义与原始意义有较大差别这一现象做出解释,从而为英语多义词的教学提供帮助。
From aspects of cognitive metaphor and transformational generative grammar,the great difference between the derived meaning and the original meaning of polysemy is explained to offer help o teaching of polysemy.
