院前心搏骤停急救中各环节医疗纠纷的分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasure of Medical Disputes in Pre-hospital Rescue of Sudden Cardiac Arrest

目的防止院前心搏骤停病人急救中医疗纠纷的发生。方法通过对急救进程各环节的分析,整理各环节易出现的纠纷隐患,并提出相应对策。结果急救人员对院前急救心搏骤停病人,防止医疗纠纷的意识和能力得到提高,使心搏骤停的抢救更加顺利。结论通过对心搏骤停抢救的各环节进行分析,合理把握家属心理,对提高院前急救心搏骤停病人的抢救成功率,减少医疗纠纷的发生均有积极的意义。

Objective： To prevent medical disputes in pre-hospital rescue of sudden cardiac arrest.Method： By analyzing the procedure of pre-hospital rescue,risks of medical disputes are explored,and countermeasures are raised.Result： Medical staff＇s consciousness and qualification of pre-hospital rescue of sudden cardiac arrest have been enhanced,promoting the practice of pre-hospital rescue.Conclusion： The analysis of the procedure of pre-hospital rescue of sudden cardiac arrest and adequate understanding of the mental status of patients＇families are significant for promoting the achievement ratio of pre-hospital rescue and reducing medical disputes.
