Due to the change of the market economy system and the reform of educational system,the education of job selection for medical students is obviously important.This paper analyzes the status quo of medical students′ job selection comprehensively and in detail,predicts its development trend,analyzes main influencing factors and the reasons for their influence.Only in this way can we recognize the current situation of the ideas of medical students′ job selection and help them form correct ideas and find a good job successfully.
