浅谈远程医疗系统的建设与管理

A brief discussion on the establishment and management of the system of telemedicine

目前，为了满足社会与病人的需求，有效地利用卫生资源，减轻病人负担，为抢救危重患者赢得时间，提高医院的两个效益，各大医院开展远程医疗十分必要。为此，医院在建设远程医疗系统时，首先配置完善的系统；其次要注意系统功能满足相关要求；第三要配置相应的硬件，并注意其构成。在此基础上，发挥系统功能，抓好质量管理，选择好会诊专家，配置精明的工作人员，做好资料的积累和管理，防范纠纷。

At present,it has become extremely necessary for various big hospitals to develop telemedicine so as to meet the needs of the society and patients,effectively utilize health resources, reduce the burdens of patients, save seriously ill patients as soon as possible,and improve the hospitals'social and economic benefits.In setting up the system of telemedicine,the hospitals must pay attention to the following issues.One is the establishment of a fairly perfect system.Another is the capability of the system to meet relevant needs. And the third is the installment of corresponding hardware,with attention being paid to its component parts.In addition,efforts must be made to make the most of the functions of the system,well manage quality,select appropriate experts for consultations,choose smart staff members,do a good job in accumulating and managing data,and be on guard against disputes.
