医院感染监测的发展与展望

Development of and prospects for the monitoring of hospital infection

医院感染监测最早可追溯到１９世纪早期，到了２０世纪５０年代以后，医院感染监测发展较快。我国８０年代初期只有医院感染监测的零散报道。进入８０年代中期，即有组织的开展了医院感染地监测。今后医院感染的监测将会在监测方法、监测人群、监测内容、监测评估、监测管理、先进方法的引入和应用、研究和开发新的更有效的监测方法方面有重大进展，从而推动医院感染工作向更加科学化发展。

Hospital infection can be traced back to the early 19th century.Beginning from the 50s of the 20thcentury,there has been a rapid development in the monitoring of hospital infection.In the early 80s,there were only scattered reports on the monitoring of hospital infection in China.Since the mid80s,however,work in this respect has been going on systematically.In future the monitoring of hospital infection, to be more scientifically oriented, will undergo greater developments in many aspects, including the methods, content, evaluation, and management of monitoring, the groups of people monitored,the introduction and application of advanced methods, and the development of new and more effective means.
