Bottleneck of Popularization of Scientific and Technological Resources:Lack of Qualified Personnel

科技资源科普化是重要且蕴意深刻的命题。科普化的实现需要有科普人才作为中间环节。科普能力是与科研能力不同的能力。科普人才的匮乏,成为科技资源科普化的瓶颈,也成为科普事业的瓶颈。培养这样的人才需要社会的文化土壤,需要社会大环境的发展和改变,也需要有关部门的重视,需要政策保证,需要相关的研究和工作布局。

Popularization of scientific and technological resources is an important project with profound significance which needs qualified personnel of science communication to act as the link between resources and their popularizing outreach.Capability of science communication is different from capability of scientific research.The lack of qualified personnel has become the bottleneck of both popularization of scientific and technological resources and science communication.Training of such professionals needs social and cultural foundation,development of social environment,support from policies and departments concerned,and correlative researches and work plans as well.
