摘要
本文通过对泰安市导游工作倦怠的调查,探讨了导游工作倦怠的表现,以及工作倦怠对导游工作满意、工作绩效的影响。在分析调查结果的基础上,提出了降低导游工作倦怠的建议。
Based on an investigation of tour guide＇s job burnout in Tai＇an city,this paper discusses the factors that affect the tour-guiding job burnout and the impact of job burnout on tour guides＇ job satisfaction degree and performance.Based on data analysis,some suggestions are put forward to reduce tour guides＇ job burnout
