摘要
高质量就业是大学教育的神圣使命,是衡量大学教育质量的根本命脉。宁波诺丁汉大学2008、2009届本科毕业生就学与就业率达到100%,2010届毕业生考上研究生与成功就业的目前已占91.7%。这源于其成功的就业策略:制定生涯规划,就业从"入学教育"做起;提供质量保证,就业在"教学全程"奠基;高度负责,就业要"一个不少"落实。大学不仅应该成为青年学习深造的理想场所,更应该成为他们高质量就业的预演基地。
The high-quality employment is the sacred mission of the university;it is a fundamental lifeline to measure the quality of university education.The employment rate of the 2008 and 2009 graduates of UNNC achieved 100%,and currently,more than 91.7% of 2010 graduates have successfully applied for employment and further study.The employment strategies in UNNC are launching the career planning education from Year 1;achieving the high employment quality from the whole process of teaching and learning;and with high responsibility to care about every gradate.It proves that the contemporary university should not only be the place for young people to learn knowledge,but also be a place to achieve high-quality employment.
