智能化共轨测试平台研究

摘要 为满足高压共轨电控系统的开发测试、模拟匹配标定的需求,设计了智能化共轨测试平台,承接了原油泵试验台的所有功能,并新增燃油温控系统、智能油量测量系统、模拟标定装置、智能采集显示及控制等模块。模拟标定装置,可模拟共轨电控系统的传感器和执行器,结合高精度轨压测量和油量测量系统,可实现电控系统开发过程的模拟发动机实际运行工况测试、基础MAP标定、极端运行工况试验等功能,有效减少了试验开发成本,提高了开发效率。 This paper developed an intelligent common rail test platform to meet the test needs and virtual calibration for the development of the electronic control unit(ECU) for high pressure common rail system.This test platform not only undertook all the base functions of the traditional fuel pump test bench,but also add the fuel temperature control device,the intelligent fuel measure device,the virtual calibration system and the intelligent collection and display control system.Engine operating conditions could be simulated and the virtual test,based MAP calibration,extreme operating conditions simulation could be conducted on the process of the development ECU for high pressure common rail system by using the virtual calibration system,the intelligent fuel measure device and rail pressure measure device.It showed quite effective to reduce development costs and improve the development efficiency.
