摘要
为提高重型卡车柴油机冷却系统的性能,在原设计基础上进行了一系列的改进,如由单节温器改为双节温器,系统开启压力由110 kPa增加到130 kPa,降低散热器芯子的厚度以减小风阻,增加散热器正面进风面积等,结果表明系统性能得到了显著提高。
In order to enhance the cooling capability of diesel engine in the heavy-duty truck,some improvements such as changing single thermostat to double thermostat,changing starting pressure from 110kPa to 130kPa,debasing the thickness of radiator core,reducing wind resistance,increasing windward area of the radiator,were made.The results reveal that the cooling capability of diesel engine in the heavy-duty truck was enhanced obviously.
