Application Research of the High Strength Steel in the Light-weight Design of the Heavy Dump Truck

应用高强度钢板对前顶重型自卸车车厢进行等代设计,实现自卸车轻量化改进,同时提高车厢抗胀厢、耐冲击能力,延长车厢使用寿命,提升用户营运效益。

The lightweight design for another type of the heavy dump truck,which lifting system arrangement is the front-direct type,is researched by the equivalent design of the high stress steel.The formulation of calculating thickness of the shell is reduced,and calculation results by tow types of the high stress steel in the market are obtained.And finally,the equivalent design for the main part of the heavy dump structure is accomplished in the lifting load case.The deformation of the structure is very close to the original structure,but the weight of the new structure is reduced significantly by 1000kg.
