摘要 随着发动机向着增压、大功率、高可靠性、低排放方向发展,作为发动机心脏的曲轴正面临着安全性和可靠性的严重挑战,传统球墨铸铁材料和制造工艺已无法满足其功能要求。曲轴越来越多地采用钢质材料以满足其性能要求,然而钢质曲轴价格昂贵,用户负担过重,迫切需要降低成本。此时圆角滚压显示了非凡的魅力,在中小功率柴油机曲轴"以铁代钢"方面成绩卓著。 With the engine towards the pressurized,high-power,high reliability,low emissions of the direction,as the engine crankshaft is facing the heart of the safety and reliability of serious challenges,the traditional cast iron materials and manufacturing process has been unable to meet its functional requirements.More and more use of forged steel crankshaft material to meet their performance requirements,however,forged steel crankshaft is expensive,too heavy burden on users,an urgent need to reduce costs.At this moment,Radius rolling shows outstanding charismatic,the'iron taking the place of steel,'result remarkable of the diesel engine crankshaft.
