摘要
以柳钢4#高炉中修工程为例,介绍了高炉风口带炉壳厚钢板与铸钢件焊接应力退火处理工艺,着重介绍退火工艺、退火炉的设计及退火操作,实践证明,此工艺及设计方案可行,达到了消除焊接残余应力、改善焊缝的力学性能、保证炉壳焊接质量的目的。
Taking repair projects in the Liuzhou Steel 4 # blast furnace as example,introduced a blast furnace with a furnace shell thick steel plate and cast steel welding stress annealing treatment process,highlighting the annealing process,annealing furnace design and operation proved this craft and design is feasible,to achieve the elimination of welding residual stress and improve the mechanical properties of weld to ensure the welding quality of shell.
