Manufacturing Technology on Inlet of Large-scale Axial flow Ventilator

阐述了大型轴流风机进风箱的制造工艺。制作前利用电脑放样,下料预留特定的焊接收缩余量。采用流水作业,先拼装部件,后整体组装。在组装平台(地模)上划出构件外围尺寸及中心轴线,以中心轴线及连接面为基准面,通过用水准仪和吊线法监测控制组装精度,保证连接面整体切合。按照详细、紧凑的工艺流程提高生产效率,通过工序控制保证设备整体组装精度。

this paper expounds the manufacturing technology on inlet of the large-scale axial flow ventilator.Before manufacturing,the computer shall be adopted to put sample,and the specific welding shrinkage allowance shall be reserved while blanking.The line production is employed,parts assembly is first and then the overall assembly is conducted.Marking out the overall dimension and the central axis of the construction member on the assembly platform（floor mold）,taking the central axis and joint face as the datum plane,the assembly precision shall be supervised and controlled by leveling instrument and suspension method in order to guarantee the entire relevancy of the joint face.The production efficiency shall be improved by specific and well-organized process flow and the whole assembly precision of the equipment shall be guaranteed by process control.
