Research of Some Key Points in the Usage of Roller Hearth Isothermal Normalizing Line

从设备使用角度,对辊底式等温正火线辊棒及传动、辐射管及布置方式、料筐材料及结构进行了分析和研究,指出了设计时的不足,提出了有效的改进措施,使其更加合理完善。

Three problems of roller hearth isothermal normalizing line from ultilty of facility as follows has been analyzed in this paper.Roller and its transmation,diposing of radiant tube,the material and structure of billet basket.The disadvantages in design and the effective inprovement method was presented which do a better to the operation of furnace.
