石西油田伴生气深冷处理装置的设备优化分析

石西油田作业区天然气处理站自投产到2009年,已安全平稳运行十余年。近几年来随着设备的日益老化,装置的处理能力不断下降,使得气站的轻烃产量连年降低。我们通过分析原因,找出了产量降低的主要原因,并对相关设备进行了优化调整,实际运行证明,2009年,石西油田天然气处理站顺利完成各项生产经营业绩指标,设备的优化取得了一定的成绩。

Since the production of natural gas treatment plant which Shixi Oil Operation District in 2009,it has been safe and stable operation over a decade.With the aging equipment in recent years,the declining unit of processing power,making production of light hydrocarbon gas stations decreased year after year.We analyze the reasons,and identify the main reason for lower yields,and the optimal adjustment related facilities,actual operation proved this in 2009,The dealing station for natural gas which Shixi Oil Operation District completed the production and management performance indicators successfully,and device optimization to achieve certain results
