摘要
为了充分认识和高度重视截齿的失效问题,通过对截齿的失效分析,提出截齿失效的主要形式是磨损,并进行了相应的对策探讨,对提高截齿的耐磨性和延长使用寿命提出了具体建议,为截齿的研制工作提供了参考。
In order to realize and pay rapt attention to the problem of wear failure of cutting picks,the author analyses the cutting pick’s wear failure and discusses the countermaasure.The study showed that wear is main wear failure forms.In addition,some suggestions about how to reduce the failure of cutting picks and prolong its life were put forward.The suggestions are feference for cutting picks studied.
