摘要
阐述了在数控加工内外轮廓时,刀具半径补偿的使用方法,分析了应用刀具半径补偿功能编程时应注意的问题。运用了刀具半径补偿后,可简化编程,加工过程中因刀具的磨损、重磨、更换新刀时,不必修改程序,仅修改刀具库中刀具半径参数即可。同时半径补偿功能也提高零件的加工精度和生产效率,在实践工作中值得推广。
In this paper,both inside and outside the contour machining,the tool radius compensation method used to analyze the applica-tion of tool radius compensation program should pay attention to the problem.After using the tool radius compensation,simplify programming,processing for tool wear,heavy wear,replacement blade,you do not modify the program,only modify the system parameters can be the tool radius.Radius compensation while also improving machining precision and efficiency,in practical work should be promoted
