Creative Teaching Approach to Improve the Practical Effect of NC

针对数控实习中设备短缺和指导老师人手不足等问题,通过利用仿真练习和录像观摩等手段,以及激励优秀学生充当"辅导"、建立互教互学机制等方法,为学生提供了有效帮助,使实习进程由被动转为主动,获得良好效果,为实习类教学提供了有益的借鉴。

This paper describes the author＇s difficulties in the face of NC practice teaching,through full use of existing resources,the learning process for students as possible to provide direct assistance to strengthen the confidence of students,especially the effective use of incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,to participate fully in teaching and teaching management,learning from passive to active.Obtained unexpected results.Hope to be able to practice on the CNC to provide some reference of class teaching.
