摘要
为了从微观的角度分析左心室射血能力,建立了仿真的动态左心室运动模型,通过估算左心室室壁微面元做功量来分析左心室功能的方法。实验结果表明,通过正常人MRI切片作比较,利用微面元的思想,计算出心动周期内做功量为0.52J,与其他方法得到的结果近似,证明了微面元思想的可行性。
In order to analyze the ability of left ventricular ejection,a simulation of dynamic left ventricular motion model was established to estimate the left ventricular wall by the method of acting micro-surface analysis of left ventricular volume function.Experimental results show that compared to normal MRI slice,using micro-panel ideas,calculate the amount of cardiac cycle acting as-0.52J,where similar with the data by other method.It proves the feasibility of micro panel thought.
