国外代表性国家注重自由贸易区谈判对象的选择,加强对本国落后产业的保护,但有的国家如墨西哥缺乏对农业和环境的有效保护。中国在实施自由贸易区战略中,应设立自由贸易区谈判的专门机构,建立产业预警机制,保护农业,保障资源的供应,以巨大的市场吸引其他国家与中国谈判。

The foreign representative nations focus on the choice of FTA negotiating objects,and strengthen the protection of their backward industry,but some countries such as Mexico,lack effective methods in protecting agriculture and environment.In implementing FTA strategy,China should set up a FTA specialized agency,establish industrial early-warning mechanism,protect agriculture,safeguard the supply of resources,and attract other countries＇ negotiation by the huge market.
