教育要发展,根本靠改革。当前高校在教育教学改革中正在深化教育体制改革。按照形成体系开放、机制灵活、渠道互通、选择多样的人才培养体制的要求,需进一步更新人才培养观念、创新人才培养模式,改革教育质量评价和人才评价制度,努力营造一个积极向上、宽松和谐的人才培养氛围,使大批拔尖创新人才脱颖而出。

The development of education consists in reform.At present,universities are deepening the reform of education system.To meet the requirements for talents cultivation system of open system,flexible mechanism,sharing channel and multiple choices,personnel training should be further updated ideas,innovative training model,reforming the systems of education quality and talents evaluation.Efforts should be made to create a positive,relaxed and harmonious atmosphere for talents cultivation,so that a large number of top creative talents come to the fore.
