试论影响研究生学风建设的二因素

On the Two Factors Affecting Postgraduates' Learning Atmosphere Construction

研究生学风的好坏直接关系到研究生培养质量的高低。当今社会利益主体多元化容易导致部分研究生心态浮躁、急功近利,科学精神相对缺失;而研究生的进一步扩招,学校的研究生教育管理机制、学术氛围等都直接或间接影响研究生的学风状况,进而影响到研究生培养质量。弄清影响当前研究生学风现状的原因,从研究生内在特质因素和影响研究生学风的外在因素着手,采取积极有效的对策,加强研究生学风建设,是提高研究生的学术水平、完成研究生学业,培养高层次复合型建设人才的重要保证。

Learning atmosphere of postgraduates is closely interrelated to the educational quality of postgraduates.At present,driven by social multi-interests,such phenomena as impetuous attitudes,instant success but lack of scientific spirit may arise.In addition,with the increasing enrollment of postgraduates,postgraduates＇ educational management mechanism and academic atmosphere,etc.directly or indirectly affect postgraduates＇ leaning atmosphere,thereby affecting the educational quality of postgraduates.Only through a careful analysis of internal and external factors,taking some effective measures,and enforcing postgraduates＇ learning atmosphere construction,can the academic standards of postgraduates be improved so as to cultivate high-level compound talents.
