从近两届全国水中健身比赛看发展

An Outlook of Development via the Last Two National Aquatic Fitness Competitions

本文通过现场观摩比赛法、录像资料法、访问法等对我国在近几届举办的全国水中健身比赛中的成绩进行整理和分析,从中得出水中健身运动在近十年来的发展和变化,并提出了一些看法和建议,以期为我国水中健身运动的发展提供一点帮助。

In the past ten years,aquatic fitness has been improving and changing if we make an analysis of the results of last several national aquatic fitness competitions through watching the games on the spot,watching videos,and interviewing contestants.Proposals are made as well in this paper in order to offer some assistance for the development of aquatic fitness games in China.
