七年制临床实习医生医患沟通能力培养途径探析

Methods of the Seven-year Elinical Internship's Doctor-patient Communication Ability Training

临床实习是培养七年制医学生具有良好医德医风、巩固专业基础理论知识和提高临床基本技能的重要环节。近年来,随着医患关系紧张的问题日渐突出,如何正确处理医患关系已成为临床医务工作者所面临的一大难题,而这一问题对于正在开展临床实习工作的七年制临床实习医生来说则更为重要。本文试从七年制临床实习医生个人、医院、社会三个方面探寻培养和进一步提高七年制临床实习医生医患沟通能力的途径和方法。

Clinical practice is an important part of medical education,which provides the chance for seven-year medical students to promote medical ethics and professionalism,to strengthen fundamental theoretical knowledge and to consolidate basic clinical skills.In recent years,along with doctor-patient relationship worsening increasingly,how to correctly handle the relationship between doctors and patients is becoming a difficult problems to medical professionals,and even more important to seven-year clinical students.This paper tries to find the ways of training and further improving doctor-patient communication ability of seven-year clinical from three aspects of individuals,cultivating hospitals and society.
