摘要
目的观察紫花地丁联用苯唑西林对质粒介导的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillinresistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)感染小鼠败血症的治疗作用,探寻逆转MRSA抗药性的新方法。方法采用腹腔注射质粒介导的MRSA诱导小鼠败血症模型,分别以生理盐水、紫花地丁、苯唑西林、紫花地丁联用苯唑西林进行干预,观察各组小鼠的死亡数及存活率。结果模型组小鼠存活率为0%,紫花地丁组与苯唑西林组小鼠存活率分别为0%和6.67%,与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),紫花地丁联用苯唑西林组小鼠存活率为53.33%,明显高于苯唑西林组(P<0.01)。结论紫花地丁能增强苯唑西林对MRSA的敏感度,提高苯唑西林对MRSA感染小鼠败血症的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Viola yedoensis Makino combined with oxacillin on mouse septicemia infected by plasmid-mediated methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)and explore the new method of reversing the resistance in MRSA.Methods The mouse model of septicemia were induced by injecting plasmid-mediated MRSA intraperitoneally and treated by normal(NS),Viola yedoensis Makino,oxacillin,Viola yedoensis Makino plus oxacillin.The mouse survival rates were carried out.Results The mouse survival rates of Viola yedoensis Makino group and oxacillin group were 0%,0% and 6.67% respectively with showed no significant difference between them(P0.05).The mouse survival rate of Viola yedoensis Makino plus oxacillin group was 53.33% and significantly higher than that of oxacillin(P0.01).Conclusion Viola yedoensis Makino can increase the sensibility of oxacillin to plasmid-mediated MRSA and enhance the therapeutic of oxacillin on mouse septicemia infected by plasmid-mediated MRSA.
