摘要
采用垂体后叶素诱发Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠心肌缺血模型，观察补阳还五汤对其保护作用。结果表明补阳还五汤可显著抑制大鼠Ｔ波变化，提高大鼠血浆ＳＯＤ活性、降低ＭＤＡ含量，对血素ＬＤＨ、ＣＰＫ的释放也有显著的抑制作用。
To observe the effect of buyang huanwu decoction (BHD) on protecting myocardial ischemia by inducing myocardial ischemia model with in mice.The results showed that BHD could significantly retard T wave changes in ECG,increase plasma SOD activity and reduced plasma MDA content and plasma LDH and CPK release.It may be concluded that BHD has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia and the action is considered to be related to the inhibition of the oxygen free redicals.
