正确评价中医理论是中医现代化的认识前提。尊经复古者的“中医现代化”，只是用现代科学外衣包装中医理论。某些研究者单纯着眼于证实中医理论的整体科学性，而忽视对其中某些部分的证伪。这些都影响了中医现代化的顺利开展。片面注重微观研究，忽略宏观研究是微观研究的基础，逾越了研究的阶段，已使微观研究前进受阻。运用现代科学方法，从宏观角度对中医理论进行一次再验证，特别是规范“证”的诊断标准，是开展中医现代化研究的当务之急。

The premiss of episternology for the modernization of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is toestimate its theories appropriately. People who stick to the classics of the TCM and the doctrine Of“'back to the ancients”conduct the “modernization” just as trying to wrap the original theories with a modern scientific coat. Some researcherssimply concentrate on confirming that the TCM theories as a whole are scientific, but ignore the demonstration of thepseudoscientific Parts. These phenomena have impeded the development of the modernization of the TCM. The microcosmicresearches have been stressed too much while the microcosmic researches, as the base of the former, have been neglected.Because of this overstepping, the process of the microcosmic researches themselves has been hindered. The top priority tasksin the modernization of the TCM are suggested as following: to evaluate the TCM theories again by means of the modernscientific methods, especially to standardize the diagnostic criteria of the TCM 'Zhengs'.
