摘要
运用调查法对我国优秀女子中长跑运动员陈萍高原训练计划进行了研究.研究表明:陈萍高原训练安排的特点是上高原前强度小,训练量大,主要采用持续跑的训练方法;上高原后训练量略有减少,经过一周的适应期后训练强度增加,强度达到极限.下高原后的前一周以一般耐力训练为主,赛前的专项训练以无氧训练为主,运动负荷减少.
The elite female middle-distance runner Chen Ping's the program of altitude training was researched.The study shows that Chen Ping's altitude training features are:the intensity is small,the volume of training is large,mainly adopt the method of continuous training before altitude training.There is a slight decrease in the volume of training in the first week during altitude training.The intensity reached its limit after the one week adjustment period.The training method mainly is general endurance training in the first week after altitude training,the anaerobic training is the main methods before the game,the training load is reduce.
