712例心血管系统急症院前急救流行病学分析

Epidemiologic Analysis of First-Aid of 712 Persons with Cardiovascular System Diseases

目的了解镇江市急救中心近几年心血管系统急症的流行病学情况。方法在镇江市急救中心急救调度记录表中整理出2005年～2006年心血管系统急症病例共712例,对调查对象按病种,救治存活率进行分组对比。结果镇江市区近几年心血管系统急症一般好发于1月、2月和12月。2005及2006年心血管系统急症的救治存活率分别为80.48%、97.57%。结论冬季是心血管系统急症的好发季节,建议市民应及时有效地进行自救互救,以有利于挽救患者的生命。因此,冬季宜加强心血管系统急救知识和技能的普及培训。

Objective To study the epidemiologic condition of first-aid of cardiovascular system diseases in Zhenjiang Emergency Care Center in the recent years.Methods The emergency scheduling table records were organized,then we got a total of 712 cases of the cardiovascular system diseases from the records from 2005 to 2006.After that we handed objects by contrasting the disease and the emergency survival rate.Results The cardiovascular system disease usually happened in January,February and December.The emergency survival rate of the cardiovascular system diseases was 80.48% in 2005 and 97.57% in 2006.Conclusion Everybody should do his best on taking the precaution of cardiovascular disease,especially in winter.For it is easy to have the paroxysmal cardiovascular diseases in this cold season.At the same time,people should pay more attention to the first-aid knowledge and skills.As a result,more people＇s lives will be saved.
