摘要
目的探讨鸟巢式护理在早产儿中的应用效果。方法将80例早产儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用鸟巢式护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组早产儿进食奶量、喂养不耐受及体重增长情况。结果观察组早产儿较对照组早产儿进食奶量增加,喂养不耐受发生率低,体重增长多,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸟巢式护理有利于早产儿的生长发育。
Objective To investigate the effect of the bird nest type nursing for the premature infants.Methods 80 cases of the premature infants who were equally divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with the bird nest type nursing and the control group with routine nursing,to compare the difference of the milk quantity of entering,feeding intolerance and the body weight growing between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the milk quantity of entering was more,the rate of feeding intolerance was lower and the weights of infants went up quicker then those in the control group with significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusions The bird nest type nursing plays a facilitative role in growth and development of premature infants.
