摘要
目的探讨成批伤员的急救护理措施,以便更好地挽救患者生命。方法对我科2008～2009年33批外伤病人的急救及护理措施进行总结。结果实施成批伤员急救流程,将医护人员分组,各司其职,伤员在入院后均能在较短时间内得到诊治,伤员的满意度有较高的提升。结论开通绿色通道,优化急救流程,规范急救程序和各部门紧密合作是成批伤员急救成功的保证。
Objective To explore the first-aid nursing measures for wounded in batches,in order to save their life better.Methods The first aid nursing measures for 33 batches of trauma patients in our department from 2008 to 2009 were reviewed.Results Implementation of first-aid process in which doctors and nurses were grouped to work independently,made the wounded treated in a short time and satisfied greatly.Conclusion Opening the green channel,optimizing the first-aid process,regulating the emergency procedures and close cooperation among departments can guarantee the success of first-aid treatment for wounded in batches.
