摘要
近年来临床上尽管大部分骨折能成功愈合,仍有相当一部分骨折会发生延迟愈合或不愈合。研究已经证实低强度脉冲超声波(Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound,LIPUS)具有促进骨折愈合的作用,且无创伤。本文就超声中药透入促进骨折愈合的研究进展作一综述。
Recently,the most parts of fractures can heal in clinic,but some may lead to delayed union or disunion.Investigations have proved that low-intensity pulsed ultrasound accelerates fracture healing without trauma.The research advances of ultrasound-phoresis of Chinese herb in accelerating fracture healing are discussed in this paper.
