CIK细胞联合树突状细胞治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展

Progress in Research on Application of DC-CIK Cells Immunotherapy for Cancer

随着生物技术的发展,对恶性肿瘤进行免疫治疗已成为研究热点,免疫治疗是肿瘤治疗的一种崭新模式,部分已经进入临床应用阶段,并取得了明显的治疗效果,尤其是细胞因子诱导的杀伤(CIK)细胞联合树突状细胞(DC)对恶性肿瘤的治疗显示出良好的效果。本文综述了CIK细胞和DC的一些基础研究现状及近年的临床应用情况。

With the development of biological technology,immunotherapy of cancer has been the focus of cancer treatment study.Immunotherapy is a new approach for cancer treatment,parts of which have been in clinical practice,and obtained prominent curative effect,especially dendritic cell-cytokine induced killer cells（DC-CIK） in treating cancer.In this article,the new progress on study and clinical practice for cancer is reviewed in the past few years.
