摘要
上海是国家重要的基础装备和先进制造基地,但同时也消耗了大量能源。大力发展低耗能、少污染的产业,对提高上海装备制造业竞争优势具有重要意义。而推广应用高效率、低能耗、低排放设备和生产工艺,是实现节能降耗、转变经济增长方式的有效途径。
Shanghai is an important base of basic equipment and advanced manufacturing in China,and therefore consumes a huge amount of energy.Reducing energy consumption and pollution is very important to improve competitiveness of Shanghai＇s equipment manufacturing industry.Using equipment and production process with high efficiency,low energy consumption and low emission is an effective way save energy and transform the pattern of economic growth.
