我院2007-2009年口服降糖药应用分析

Utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital in 2007-2009

目的:了解我院口服降糖药使用现状及发展趋势,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2007-2009年口服降糖药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性分析。结果:我院2007-2009年口服降糖药销售金额呈上升趋势,销售金额排在前三位的是阿卡波糖、盐酸二甲双胍片、格列美脲;DDDs排序前三位的是阿卡波糖、盐酸二甲双胍片、格列喹酮。结论:我院口服降糖药应用基本合理,新药用量呈上升趋势,高效、安全、依从性好的药物临床应用广泛。

Objective：To investigate the status quo and the development trend of the utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital so as to improve rational drug use.Methods：The utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and average daily cost.Results：The consumption sum of oral hypoglycemic drugs has increased over the three years.Acarbose,metformin and glimepiride ranked the top 3 in respect of consumption sum,and acarbose,metformin and gliquidone dominated the top 3 in respect of DDDs.Conclusion：The utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was basically rational,and drugs with good effectiveness,safety and tolerability were widely used in clinic.
