中药苏合香研究进展

Progress on Styrax

本文就芳香开窍药苏合香近年的研究,包括药材来源、化学成分、药理作用、临床应用以及质量控制等方面进行综述。苏合香中的挥发性成分是表达辛味的重要物质基础,这些基础物质通过调节中枢神经系统、强心、改善冠状动脉血流量、保护心肌、增强血脑脊液屏障通透性等多途径、多靶点发挥作用,实现开窍醒神效应。苏合香多配伍使用,国内外对苏合香的探讨还不多,可查阅到的报道偏陈旧。苏合香在开窍药中占重要地位,有必要对其进行更深入的药理药化研究。

The literatures on research of Styrax including medical material resource,chemical composition,pharmacological effect,clinical application and quality control in recent years were reviewed.The volatile components in Styrax are the important material foundation to express the pungent taste.These basic substances play a role through adjusting the central nervous system,cardiac action,improving the coronary artery blood flow,protecting the heart muscle,and increasing the permeability of blood brain barrier.Styrax was used in combination with other TCM usually.There are few research about Styrax in domestic and overseas.Styrax occupies an important position in the inducing resuscitation drugs.It is necessary that more deepgoing researches in pharmacology and pharmaceutical chemistry about Styrax were carried on.
