摘要
在中国社会的转型时期,顺应社会对教育家的呼唤,当代中国出现了一批有较大影响的教育专家。这些教育专家出现的背景和成长的规律是什么,是很多学者都在思考的问题。文章通过对五位语文学科教育专家成长经历的审视,从时代和学科的角度探讨了教育家成长的社会土壤和基本规律,最后指出,当今中国的文化转型和教育改革是教育家成长的社会环境,而语文教师在成长为教育家的过程中,有其得天独厚的学科优势,具体过程体现为从语文教学走向人文教育。
In contemporary China,a group of influential education experts have come forth as China finds itself in a period of social transition,and the backgrounds and the professional development of those successful educationists have attracted the attention of many scholars.This article,by observing the life experience and professional development of five education experts on Chinese teaching,analyzes the importance of social environment and some basic rules for the growing of educationists in the perspective of times and discipline.It also points out that,as our social environment is characterized with cultural transformation and education reform,Chinese teachers are in an advantageous position in becoming future educationists by the way of humanistic education.
