摘要
教师实践性知识是一种解决教育教学实践情境或情景中的问题或困境的知识。师范生"试讲"时却明显忽视这种知识的积累。究其原因主要有:师范生缺乏积累教师实践性知识的意识,试讲课堂缺乏习得教师实践性知识的情境。师范生"试讲"指导:应遴选有中小学教育教学实践经验的试讲指导教师,要指导试讲者在"行动中反思",对试讲评价不能忽略实践性知识这一维度,要指导"学生"营造教学的问题情境或困境。
Trial instruction is a approach of education practice,which Normal University students can acquire teachers' practical knowledge. The teachers' practical knowledge can solve the problems which exist in the situation of educational practice.The Normal University students ignore the teachers' practical knowledge obviously in the trail instruction.The main reasons are listed below:the Normal University students lack of consciousness of acquiring the teachers' practical knowledge;there is no real teaching situation in the Trial instruction.Therefore,we make some suggestion which are based on the orientation of teachers' practical knowledge as follow:select the instructors who have experience in elementary and secondary schools; guide the Normal University students in "reflecting while act";guide "students" in making the teaching situation;make comments about trial instruction from multi-dimension and multi-agent.
