摘要
文章从提高中学生物教师实验教学能力的角度出发,通过分析西部地区中学生物实验培训在观念、方法、内容和对象上存在的误区,提出相应的改进策略和建议,包括:建立长期、有效的实验培训机制,使用灵活、多样的培训方法,更新落后、陈旧的培训内容,合理、公平地选择培训对象,以切实提高在职中学生物教师实验教学能力,从而顺利地推进生物新课程改革与教学。
In order to enhance the secondary school teachers' experiment instruction ability,this article analyzes some mistakes in notion,methods,contents and objects,which exiting in experiment instruction in the western of China.This article also puts forward corresponding strategy and suggestion:establishing long-term and effective experiment instruction training mechanism,taking flexible and various methods of training,updating training content,choosing training objects fairly and reasonably.Thus,biological teachers of secondary school can improve experiment instruction ability,promoting the reform and innovation of new curriculum.
