中美高等教育的对比分析

A Comparative Study on Chinese and American High Education

美国的高等教育处于世界的前列,他们办学历史悠久,规模庞大,在办学理念、管理体制、招生制度、学生培养、师资队伍建设等方面都极具特色。我国是发展中国家,高等教育发展相对滞后,美国高等教育的发展经验对我们具有十分重要的借鉴与启发作用。文章通过对美国高等教育的实地考察与研究,以美国高等教育实际为主,比较了中美两国在办学体制、招生制度、资金来源、人员聘用等方面的不同点,为人们对美国高等教育提供了一个较为全面、准确的认识机会。

The high education of America is in the first-class in the world.They have a long history on running schools and the scale is enormous.And they have unique features in all these aspects such as education philosophy,administrative system,admissions system,students training,teaching stuff construction,etc.China is a developing country,so the development of high education is comparatively lagged.Thus the experiences of American high education are very important for us.Based on the field research,the article compares the differences between Chinese and American high educations from the perspectives of education system,admission system,capital source,human resource,etc.By this,the author hope to make the public understand American high education more comprehensively and deeply.
