Research on the Modes of Buliding Economy Development in Haining

楼宇经济是现代都市最具活力和潜力的一种经济形态,通过调查海宁市商务楼宇的基本概况,归纳海宁市楼宇经济发展的现状特征,在此基础上,结合海宁市区位条件、经济基础、城市转型需要,提出了未来适合海宁市楼宇经济重点发展的模式:商务中心、特色商务业基地、中小企业中部基地、都市产业园、大都市扩展商务区,试图为壮大海宁市楼宇经济提供一定的借鉴意义。

Buliding economy is the most dynamic and potential of an economic form.Surveying basic profiles of business buildings in Haining,generalizing characteristics of the status of building economy development in Haining,on this basis,combined with conditionsof the location in Haining,the economic base,urban transitions,this paper puts forward for the future development modes for building economy：business Center,features commercial business base,the central base of small and medium enterprises,urban industrial park, Suburb CBD,attempting to provide some to learn to strengthen the economy buildings in Haining.
