摘要
教师专业化发展已成为国际教师教育发展与改革的主要趋势,处于入职初期的初任教师比其他阶段的教师会遇到更多、更复杂的专业发展问题。面对新教师各种不适与困难,内隐学习理论能帮助其树立正确的教学观、重视培养无意识与意识有机结合以及教学的反思能力等,为促进初任教师专业成长提供良好的理论支撑。
Teacher professional development has become an international teacher education development and reform of the major trends.In the early entry of new teachers will encounter more and more complex professional development than the other phases of the teachers.New teachers face a variety of discomfort and difficulty,implicit learning theory to help them establish the correct teaching,have the ability to reflect on the teaching of knowledge management and training capacity in order to promote the professional growth of new teachers have a good theoretical support.
